We have aligned sponsors to all 40 students! If you still want to support other needs of the students, you can donate any amount below!

We are looking to support students located in Duazon Community by purchasing their school needs, uniform, backpack, books, etc. It costs $50 to fully equip a student for a year -  it includes the cost of tuition and required uniforms.

Child sponsorship through the Banks Foundation is a unique program that connects one child in need with one compassionate person like you! Becoming a sponsor means more than just another good deed. It means giving children, of any age and gender, from poverty ridden homes in Liberia a chance: a chance to grow 

up educated—forever changing their lives and futures. Through your generous donation, you get to change the life of a child and possibly yours.

Criteria to receive sponsorship:

• Full name, age, grade, birthday
• Good academic standing (3.0+ GPA)
• Demonstrated financial need
• Promising educational drive
  

What sponsors receive when they sponsor a Child:

• A welcome email, including a photo and information about the child (name, age, grade, birthday)
• The opportunity to write letters back and forth to get to know more about the child
• Annual academic and other updates and communications highlighting the impact of sponsorship on the child 
• The joy of knowing they are truly making a difference! 
  

What the child receives:

• The opportunity to receive letters
• The opportunity to learn without worrying about financial struggles with their parents
• Continued support and investment in their education from their sponsor. 
• Monumental change that impacts education systems, healthcare and protection.
